The heart of the studio is in Milano, with a presence in Dubai and Beirut. Visits by appointment: writing ahead makes it easier to find a time that works for both of us, including a first video call if distance makes an in-person meeting impractical.
Frequently asked questions about our contacts
How long do you take to reply?
We reply within one business day, usually sooner. The first conversation is there to understand the project, not to sell: no commitment on your side.
What is the minimum budget to work with you?
Studio projects start from 3,000 euro. It is not a price list: it is the floor below which we cannot do work we would be proud of. The exact figure depends on how wide the project is, and we give it to you after the first conversation, precise and firm. If your budget sits below that floor we say so straight away, without wasting your time.
Can I call you instead of writing?
Yes. The studio number is +39 351 402 3437, active Monday to Friday from 9 to 19, and the same number answers on WhatsApp. A ten minute call often clears up more than a long message.
What should I prepare before writing to us?
Nothing formal: just tell us where things stand and what you’d like to achieve. If you already have a site or an existing brand, a link helps but isn’t required.
Do you work with projects outside Milano?
Yes: alongside the Milano studio, we work with clients in Dubai, Beirut and elsewhere, in Italian and English. Much of the work happens remotely regardless of location.
Do you reply over the weekend?
Usually not: we prefer to reply with care during the working week rather than in a rush over the weekend. If you write on a Friday evening, the reply arrives the following Monday.
