Needed when the brand already knows who it is but nothing on screen or on paper shows it consistently — a different logo file on every device, colors that shift from the site to the deck to the packaging. A real visual identity system is not a logo, it is the set of rules that keeps every one of those touchpoints unmistakably the same company.
The test that matters happens away from the studio: someone scrolling fast still recognizes the brand from a fragment, a color, a shape, before they even read the name. That recognition is what the system was built to earn. Frequently asked questions about visual identity
How much does a visual identity project cost in Milano?
Studio projects start from 3,000 euro. The final figure depends on how wide the work is: how many brand applications are needed, whether we start from zero or from an existing identity to revise, whether naming is involved, and how broad the final guidelines are. We do not work from a rate card, because no two projects are alike: after a first conversation you receive one precise, firm figure rather than a range.
Why don’t you publish a full price list?
Because a price list would tell a lie. The same service can take three weeks or three months depending on where you stand today. We prefer to tell you the floor we work above, so you know straight away whether we are the right fit, and discuss the rest looking at your actual project.
How long before results show?
Design work usually takes four to ten weeks depending on scope. Visibility results arrive later: on organic search the first movements appear after two or three months, the real picture after six. We say this before starting, not after.
Do you work with companies outside Milano?
Yes. The studio is based in Milano and works with clients across Italy, as well as Dubai and Beirut, in Italian and English. Much of the work happens remotely, with in person meetings when they genuinely help. You can also call us on +39 351 402 3437 just to see whether it is worth talking.
